Product Description

The sieve-type gold washing equipment is mainly used for sand splitting and gold selection. It's called a mobile gold equipment , also known as mobile gold car.

This equipment consumes less water, has high concentration capacity, and is equipped with a large lock box. It can be cleaned up during batch testing or after a day of work, and can provide you with a recovery rate of about 98%. The recovery fineness can reach 10mm. Using continuous processing, the advanced reverse spiral system helps you increase gold recovery and reduce operator capacity.

Screen Drum

The drum part is made of round steel and
manganese wire, and has three discharge ports, which can screen materials of three different specifications;
In addition, the screen can be designed with two different sizes of apertures, which greatly improves the screening efficiency of
materials and reduces working time. The maximum product under the screen is 100mm, the middle is 10-50mm, and the thinnest can be up to 3mm.

The function of grille

The grille is located above the feed hopper. It is made of round steel with a diameter of 20mm and an interval of 50mm. The grille blocks larger diameter materials from the hopper and prevents larger materials from entering the hopper from clogging and damaging the screen cylinder.

The mobile trommel gold washing plant is designed for alluvial/placer gold ore processing, it's consist a half covered trommel screen, one diesel engine/ electric motor, water pump& water pipes, and other facilities such as the feeding hoper and the mobile system.And the machine is additionally equipped with a manual operating table above the machine, which is easy to observe the feeding and operation of the machine, so as to deal with accidents in a timely manner.

Gold mobile trommel screen is composed of feed hopper, drum, motor, water pump, reducer, wheel roller, transmission device (optional parts: gasoline engine and belt conveyor). It is mainly used in the processing and collection of alluvial gold and placer gold. Its advantages include flexible movement, small size and high screening efficiency.
